Fishermen’s House
Now walk into the nearest street and then take the first right and then the first left.
You will arrive at the water pump on ‘t Schippersdammetje’.
‘Dammetje’ in Katwijk’s accent means ‘courtyard’ or ‘backyard’. Schipper stands for Shipper.
Keep walking straight and turn right at the gabled house.
Then leave the ‘dam’ by turning left and look for the monumental old bakery of Katwijk.
You can recognize this by a small monument sign.
